- April 20 and 21
- May 11, 2013
Make sure about the course you're taking because TUP doesn't allow shifting of courses (unless of course you can do something out of the ordinary.)

2. Print and fill up the form
3. Submit this form to the TUP Admission Office, together with 2 recent ID pictures (colored, 1 1/2 in x 1 1/2 in)
Admission is open from Mon to Fri, 8 to 5 pm
4. Pay the 400 pesos test fee at the Cashier's Office and get your receipt
5. Get your test permit from the Admission Office
6. Check your test permit before leaving the office: exam date, time and room
7. Read instructions in your test permit
8. Take the TUP Admission test on your scheduled date
After passing the admission test, enroll with these documents:
- Certification of Good Moral Character
- Form 138 (High School Card) or Form 137
- You may be required to take a medical exam

Hi good day miss Sr. How about po sa bshrm course mag kano po ba ang tuition fee nor may entrance fee po ba, need pa po ba mag entrance exam ang bshrm. May free tuition o scholarship po ba sa school nyo.wholeday of weeks ba ang pasok kasi nag tatrabaho lang po ako to support my self. Pero gusto ko pong mag aral. Kaya nag hanap. Ako ng school na credited sa situation ko.
