Since RTU is a state university, its tuition fees are affordable to many. Sabi sa isang forum, 200 pesos per unit ang tuition fee sa RTU last year.

The RIZAL TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY (RTU) started in 1969 as College of Rizal. It became a state college in 1978 and then a state university in 1997.

RTU has six campuses:

Main campus: Boni Avenue, Barangay Malamig, Mandaluyong City

Other campuses:
